Love this Zojirushi BB-CEC20 breadmaker. Very easy to use. Perfect bread everytime. We also like the size of the bread it produces. One of the best feature is the timer. Set the timer and fresh bread is ready when we wake up in the morning or arrive from home later in the day.

This Zojirushi BB-CEC20 breadmaker is very well built, very quiet and uses less electricity than an oven. I gave this unit a high five.

I have read a few of the negative reviews on this Zojirushi BB-CEC20 model and I think the common denominator for these negative reviews is failure to use the product properly (or be willing to make slight adjustments to make it work better). No “machine” works perfectly out of the box. One must learn the idiosyncrasies of any piece of machinery before that machine will work in a manner pleasing to the user. I just read Bea’s review and it is evident (from my own experience) that she is not measuring her liquids properly. I have found that too little liquid causes an uneven loaf. This machine will allow you to open the machine while kneading and add liquid or other items to make adjustments to the dough before it starts the rise cycle. Today I noticed that in making my own recipe (80% whole wheat mango bread) that I needed to add extra water since I substituted the same quantity of mango puree for plain H2O. During the kneading the machine struggled with the dry ingredients and started to make lumpy dry dough balls (that is until I added a little liquid). The bread turned out to be perfect. So without going into a host of other issues I noticed the message I am giving is BE FLEXIBLE!!!! Bread making is an experimenter’s dream so also experiment with your machine as well. In this way you will learn the machine’s tolerances and quirks. I really like this Zojirushi BB-CEC20 machine and what it can do.
