Victorinox chef’s knife
I am always looking for a good knife as I use them where I work. I found this knife to be excellent. I use it to cut vegetables, meats and this knife handles the job easily. I also find it comfortable to handle. I sharpen my own knives and find this knife easy to keep an edge with a steel and also if needed on sharpening stones.
