Easy and fun to use!

I bought this camera because I needed to tape myself teaching a lesson, and this camera was perfect for it. I bought the mini tripod for it, and set it on the desk and just pressed record and I had my video. It was easy to upload to the computer, and it even allowed me to create a movie, meaning I could add credits and music to my video. Also, it works really well in darker room settings. I practiced filming in my living room, and the lighting in the video came out lighter. Great video camera!!!!

A terrific little pocket video camera

A co-worker demonstrated this camera one day and I immediately bought one on Amazon (best price). It sells itself, as I’ve had other friends buy one when they saw mine. The picture is clear with good color, it’s easy to hold steady, and it captures good sound when it is close to the subject. When you connect it to your computer’s USB port, it automatically lets you upload a little editing program – allowing you to save the video, email it, upload it, and even cut and edit pieces together. And it slides into a soft bag and fits easily into my purse. a wonder for the price.

Awesome all in one camcorder and camera

Great piece of equipment! Many options! Easy to operate with super results! I already filmed a wedding and the video and sound was great! I also used the camera function for quite a few shots! The 3.3 MP is great unless you want to enlarge to poster size prints(not too many times is there a need) This camcorder is also very portable, and durable! My only knock is that I wish it had a viewfinder for bright sunlit outdoor shots, although the LCD so far seems to be sufficient. Again, I am VERY pleased with this camcorder and I did my homework by looking at SEVERAL others…some less expensive and many were more expensive. In conclusion I don’t think there is a better all around camcorder in the under $1200.00 price range!

Fantastic Camcorder

This product is top notch in every way. The video that it takes is crystal clear and despite what some say, it takes great video in low light. Also don’t be fooled by the low mega pixels, this device takes excellent still photos. If you know anything about still photography then you should know that the quality of your photos is not totally dependent on the MP count. One recommendation is to get a 32GB SDHC card and an extended battery. You won’t be sorry you got more memory and a longer battery life.

Easy to use, Great product

I’ve always secretly wanted a camcorder but have never bought one because I usually associate most with the idea of my dad shooting family vacation videos. Camcorders seemed large, cumbersome, and difficult to use; overall more hassle than they were worth. The Flip was perfect — easy to use, lightweight, great video product and most importantly easy to fit in my bag. I was able to start using it as soon as I took it out of the box and could easily download the videos. I now take it everywhere I go. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Handy and Easy Peasy to Operate

This was a birthday gift from my parents. A subtle hint that they wanted me to share my life with them. My dad said I should carry it around in my purse. I thought it was silly.
