Excellent Blush!
I am a true redhead with freckles and fair skin. I was sick of the peach blushes everyone seems to recommend for redheads, so I went out on a limb and bought the Nars Cream Blush in Turkish Red. It is stunning! The color very closely resembles my natural flush (I don’t blush peach!) and can be layered for more intensity. I love the consistency, the color, and the packaging. Even though the color looks very strong and bright in the compact, it goes on sheer and creates a very natural glow. This blush was totally worth the $$ and I’ll likely try more Nars products in the future.
Terrific blush for an ‘afterglow’ effect
I bought the Nars “Orgasm” blush after reading several reviews. I happen to have very fair skin, and this shade is most complimentary to my complexion. When I first received this, the color looked too pink for me (I have ‘neutral’ to ‘cool’ undertones, yellow with hints of olive and yet very fair.) I try to stay away from pinks, they just don’t do well on me. However, this blush is fabulous and I’ve received several compliments that I have a “glow” about me, and I’m not kidding. The first day I wore this I was at my mailbox and a neighbor said “Hey, haven’t seen you for a while, you look all glow-y!” True story.
