Good filter, even though it’s the only choice

Received the Puriclean II filter as promised. Promptly unwrapped the filter and placed it into my Maytag refrigerator. Unfortunately, a lot of air pressure or water pressure built up, and there was no warning that the first 20 or 30 seconds of water coming out of my fridge would be at high pressure (enough pressure to hit the bottom of a glass and shoot back out as a foot high geyser.) Other than that slight installation issue, the filter works well, the water tastes fine, and the water comes out at a good rate from the fridge.

Saved nearly twenty bucks!

These retail for close to $50 in stores like Home Depot, Menards, etc. I saved big here! We stopped buying bottled water all together now. My water is kind of hard and it tastes great once it’s filtered.
