Framing Nailer Hose
I wasn’t sure if this 1/4 inch hose would work with a framing nailer. I bought it with a Hitachi NR90AE round head framing nailer and a Makita MAC 2400 2.5 hp, 4.2 gal compressor. I’ve only been using this setup for a month, but so far I’m very impressed. There is plenty of air flow for the nailer. The smooth finish tends to slide over boards and stuff without grabbing like some rubber hoses do. All in all, a great value.

I would have bought a Goodyear hose, but this was part of an Amazon promotion with the Hitachi nailer at a steep discount. It’s actually a pretty good hose and worth the money.
