I bought these first in the store, simple packages, and I started using them before I get home after work. Usually at this time, after 10 hours, I am a bit tired anyway, but I found these give me that much more energy I have to go the distance without getting tired before I go home, especially when the weather gets very hot, over 90 Top 100 degrees.

However, the vanilla is a bit like squeezing frosting into your mouth, which I didn’t like. I love vanilla, but this was a little too sweet for me. Product wise, 5 stars. The flavor IS good, so I give it 5 stars as well. Just be aware that these things are really, really, sweet. I’m sure this is the norm for energy gels, so I don’t fault the product at all.
