Excellent GPS
The Garmin 765T GPS is a an excellent product. It is solidly constructed, the screen is easy to read, and, so far, all directions when we have used it have be extremely accurate. We especially like the “Lane Assist”, which is a terrific tool in this unit! While a bit more expensive than most, the extra cost is worth the extra features such as the bluetooth phone and MP3 player. The only downside we have found so far is that the icons on the screen marking favorite places are almost too small to be seen. I wish those were a bit larger, but the small icons are no reason not to buy this unit. We look forward to many years of service from our Garmin 765T GPS.
Garmin Nuvi 765T GPS Navigator
We bought this Garmin GPS a little over a month ago just before a trip. I haven’t had time to try all the bells and whistles but getting us from point A to point B was great. It was quite accurate and I really like the fact that it speaks to me so I don’t always have to be looking at it. The lane assist is a nice function but it wasn’t used enough for me to grade it. I would love it if they could make it so that every lane shows up on the screen all the time along with showing which one of those lanes you’re in at any given moment. But I don’t know if that kind of pin-point accuracy is possible. Anyway, it has also given my wife a lot more freedom to head out for places farther from home where she likes to shop but didn’t feel confident in finding places and getting back home. Now she goes out and has a great time with no problem in finding her way around. This was a great GPS for the money.
