Very fast shipping. Product arrived with one end cap of heater off, but was easy to reintall. Heater works great, keeps my upstairs hallway comfortable. Very good heat retension. Satisfied with the product.

I own this heater and am online to buy another. Can’t comment about shipping problems, but the heater has worked great for 2 years. Someone commented that you have to unplug to turn it off–not so. Simply rotate thermostat to left until it stops, as described in the operating instructions.
