Love it First, I want to commend CEVA, the shipping company who delivered my treadmill. The guys were scheduled between 4 and 7pm, and called me at 3:30 to ask what time was best for me. I stated 4pm, and they were there precisely at 4. They were courteous, professional and efficient, and they were careful not to scar my walls or floors as they brought it in. I simply could not have been happier.
Second, I love this treadmill. It took me a about an hour and a half to set it up, but I am female and was trying to do it alone. I had to call for backup to get the heavy end of the the machine (the motor end) where I wanted it on the mat, but aside from that setup was a snap. The parts fit together logically (imagine that!), and everything (including tools) were included. They even give you a bottle of lube to get you started with maintenance of the machine. Go for it! You’ll love it.

It folds upward to give you extra room for yoga, stretching, etc. The look of the machine is very impressive, but not intimidating! This Christmas, members of my family who are normally “couch potatos” used it, including my 78 year old mother who walked 10 MINUTES on the machine and loved it!

My husband and I are very happy with our recent purchase of this treadmill. It is fairly quiet, easy to use, and has a long enough belt that you can walk or run without worry. I especially like that the fan has different speeds. We would absolutely recommend this treadmill to anyone looking for a great treadmill for a decent price.
I bought this treadmill after months of reading reviews after reviews after reviews. I did my research! I am NOT dissappointed! I put this together (by myself), after my husband helped me move it into my workout room. It only took me an hour, the directions were VERY easy to follow, all tools provided. You do need to make sure to calibrate it though. I had read a review that told me to make sure to do that step – or else I might have not realized that you had to do that step. After the quick 1-2 min calibration step I was up and running. No problems yet. I love this treadmill. I will update the review in a few months and let you all know if anything changes.
Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill
A really great treadmill,extremely well-engineered and built. Has all of the features one would ever need, including a variety of programs built in. I was considering a less-expensive model, but am glad I chose this one for the extra money, as it will provide a lifetime of use. Only minor problem is its weight (absolutely necessary to provide great stability) of almost 300 pounds. While it does have portability, it takes some strength to move it. One hint-have a muscular friend available when it is delivered.
