Well built, sturdy item
I recently purchased this bench in conjunction with a bowflex revolution FT. This bench is very sturdily built, and you can see that the welding is quality. The frame is as solid as a bike frame, while also having a very heavy feel. Altogether it took me about 30 minutes to put this bench together, and also it held me quite well. As I am about 235 pounds, the sturdiness of a bench is fairly important, and i highly recommend this bench to anyone who is in need of one.
Good quality, decent price
The bench arrived quickly and in good condition. Was relatively easy to assemble. The bench came with the required allen wrenches. Though, two of the bolts (with lock nuts) really needed a pair of pliers to be tightened. The bench is quite sturdy in all positions. In fact, you can use the padded leg restraints and the bench in the decline position to do sit-ups. The back and butt pads could probably use a few more staples from a staple gun, but not necessary. Overall, a good product. Stay away from the cheaper, flimsy brands and just get this one.
