Like it but, not sure how long it will stay attached The cover itself is exactly what I wanted. It fits well and can be taken any where without drawing attention to itself. The 2 concerns I have is that while the cover attached easily to the Kindle the plastic attaching “prongs” do not seem like something that will last a long time. And on that same note, the front part lifts open and folds back for easy reading however, in a hurry, I have tried to open the back part of the cover (which can look like the front if you are in a hurry) which is not designed to open. I think if I had not stopped in time I would have quickly broken the attaching prongs which would then need a full cover replacement.

Try it, you’ll like it I place a high value on the user comments from Amazon on a great variety of products I have purchased from them and others, and admire their courage to share even the bad reviews. I just now received the cover for my new Kindle DX and am more than pleased. It is perfect from my perspective-does what I want it to do, cover and protect as well as dress up the electronic box, all at a decent price. I can’t figure out the basis for the negative reviews as I find it to be apparently well made, using good materials and very clever in design (as small and unobtrusive as possible). Obviously having just received it I can’t comment on durability but at this stage I see no reason not to have high expectations on that score. I also bought the light for it which seems to be a pretty good idea. My suggestion for improvement would be to integrate the light into the cover, or better yet, to offer a cover either with or without the light built in.
